Choice Builders
Choice Builders is a custom home builder in Cedar City, Utah. They specialize in building homes that match the vision of the home owner perfectly. Everything is custom and tailored to the client's desire.
The purpose of the site is to communicate to the home owner that Choice Builders understands their concerns about building a house and offers educational information so they can be confident in their choices.
The design is intended to communicate luxury and trust. The copy was written following StoryBrand methodology which is represented on the home page in particular.

The site was built using Helix framework, SP Page Builder, RS Forms Pro, JSitemap Pro, and Smart Slider.
Not all pages use SP Page Builder but the home page is the most obvious demonstration of that tool.
Blog articles use the menu item's page title option for a background image and heading tag combined with custom CSS for the overlay using a box shadow property.
An articles category module shows a total of six articles in random order, assigned above the footer throughout the site.
Embedded YouTube videos throughout the site as well.
RS Forms is used to offer a PDF download in exchange for a name and email address, which is also synched with MailChimp.
